Ergonomics has been a hot word in the last few years. Broken down, ergonomics simply means the study of people’s efficiency in their working environment. As you can see from the image, this is the ‘ideal’ set up when working with a monitor. Main takeaway is to take breaks. No matter how perfect your ergonomic set up – if you remain sedentary or inactive for a prolonged period of time, you will still feel stiff and tired despite your well earned intentions. 

 

My tip is to move and change positions every 30-60 minutes with a quick stretch break.
