My arm hurts, what do you mean it’s coming from my neck?
Sometimes we may feel that our arm or shoulder or elbow is in pain, or have bouts of numbness and tingling and we often think that the problem is with the shoulder or elbow. We try and massage it, take some painkillers and sometimes it doesn’t help.
What if I told you that sometimes the problem might not be found at your elbow or shoulder, but instead – at your neck. You see we have a lot of nerves coming out from our neck. These nerves travel down into the shoulder and eventually the arms and fingers. A problem at the neck, may produce symptoms felt down the arm including the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand.
If you want to treat your problems, don’t just treat your symptoms (where your pain is), find what’s causing your pain (Root cause) and go treat that!
